|Great point, but you can also use this to your advantage. Have a bunch of bananas that are underripe? Put them in a paper bag with an apple or two, and they'll ripen up much faster, due to the same ethylene gas|

And Bit ~ I will remember that tip too. I like my bananas somewhere between green and ripe. Good idea!
Be content moving inch by inch because, by days end, the inches, will add up to feet and yards.
