Cool banner Elizabeth!
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

What an ingenious vision and refreshing take on reflecting of a new angle of gardening photography, with great results.

Extraordinary Elizabeth!
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

I love the contrast between the rounded, swirling curves in the water and the sharp, pointy, contrasty leaves above it. Everything looks so crisp in the picture, and the slice was chosen perfectly. Thumbs up

I agree with everyone.
Unending abstract art, changing moment by moment.
Hypnotic & calming.

Good job. Thumbs up

I want to express special thanks to everyone who offered positive encouragement for this banner, since I realize it represents a departure for the usual fare. Water features do form wonderful parts of many gardens, though, so perhaps it wasn't too much of a stretch. I am a self-confessed addict of studying the play of light on moving water (rivers, ponds, fountains, waterfalls, birdbaths, even puddles of rain water, with raindrops splashing in them), so thanks again for indulging me on this one. I agree with @EscondidoCal that watching reflections like the ones depicted can be hypnotic and calming, sort of like watching flames flickering in a fireplace or a campfire.

I agree Water seems to add so much to a landscape or an image. Excellent banner, Elizabeth! Smiling
