I live in USDA zone 11a but my aunt has a house in the PecanVista mountains in USDA zone 8b. It is a similar climate to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for an American reference. I was wondering if 11a is too hot and if 8b is too cold for them. I am planning on getting one from my friend in British Colombia and I was trying to decide which place is better. My aunt's house or mine? Thank you. Take care and be safe. Happy gardening. Much love from Bahariterra.

Since you are actually in Ohio, I don't know why this is really relevant.

I agree
Banda is a city in India and I think this person should find something more productive to do with their time!

What I would like to know because I am old and dumb, is how does this person have 9 badges under a current bio that shows them getting one acorn tip? If badges are 5 acorns each, and you get some acorns automatically when you join, how is it that Cocopalm has 9 badges? It does not seem to add up.
Unless they purchased those badges under some other name or ID?

Now if that is the case as my feeble little brain is telling me, isn't maintaining another name or alter ego grounds for banishment? Just wondering. Especially when that individual is trying to deceive us. Now my brain hurts, I need to lie down.

Exactly. They haven't uploaded any photos or made any data proposals either, so I'm wondering exactly how this happened. Confused

This doesn't add up. Banda is in India and Bahariterra is in... the North Atlantic?

No. They claim it is in the North Atlantic.

I agree, the same person. But there are probably other names used in this charade.

Bandiaterra is a fictional country made up by Geography Now! as an April Fools joke in 2015. Some people got so involved with the charade they have created fictional websites with fake photos and YouTube videos.

This person and the other member are one and the same, or at least from the same IP and computer from Ohio. They have been reported.

I think that person obviously has way too much idle time and needs to get a life ... or better yet, a garden!

Over on Wikipedia, they used to call that "sockpuppetry". You were in serious trouble if you were caught having another account.

Yes, they have created multiple alt accounts (same computer and IP address) and sent the free acorns to each other.

All these troll accounts are coming from a single computer from a specific IP address. I am in contact with the CTO of the organization they work for (or school they attend) and am following up with an abuse report. The ideal situation is they stop abusing our site and go away.

Banda is the capital of Bahariterra. There are more than one Banda's. Also, as you go higher up, it gets colder so yes, we do have tropical weather on the coast and snowy mountains. Simple science. I am not deceiving you. I got my badges because I recommended people and then I got a corns.
