Best and cheapest are the ones made from wood pallets. Just make sure that the pallets have IPPC, EPAL and HT markings.

Just S of the twin cities of M (Zone 4b)
Made mine from a older cedar deck, boards are approx 4' long and notched on each end, making them look like Lincoln logs, can be stacked as high as needed.
