Is it possible to make multiple plant listS. If so, how do I do so? For example, I would like to have a list of non native plants and a list of native plants. Can I do this? Thank you for any help.

As far as I know you can't make more than one plant list - but you can definitely use the "categories" feature to organize your plants and then see the list of just one category at a time.

Hope that's helpful - if you need more specifics, ask away Smiling

Sandy is correct. The easiest way to handle this is to create categories - think of them as labels or filters, so you can view just the plants in a given category and work on that subset at a time. You can also set a category to private and anything in that category will not be shown (even if it is in other public categories).

On your plant list page, at the top, there should be a link that says "Manage your categories":
Thumb of 2021-11-04/Australis/b2d190

That will open a page that lists your existing categories and allows you to add new ones:
Thumb of 2021-11-04/Australis/933ae5

Once you have a created some categories, they will appear on the right hand side of your plants list:
Thumb of 2021-11-04/Australis/8c8942

You can then add your plants to categories by clicking on the edit button (the pencil icon) on a plant in your list and checking the appropriate category:
Thumb of 2021-11-04/Australis/01f38c

Once a category is populated, clicking on it in the list of categories will open the page showing just the plants in that category.

Sandy and Josh thank you so much for your help. I understand completely and your instructions were perfect.
This helps me so much to organize my personal site, and is another reason I love this site so much. Thanks again. I tip my hat to you.
