Mile High Seed Swappers only,
I did not realize that the list of seeds Karen sent was so complete, so this is mostly a copy and paste effort. There are more than I realized and choosing one a day among our close community won't get the job done. Karen has specified after each listing if there is more than one pack available.
Here is how we will distribute these great seeds: Starting today you can choose one pack, and post it in this thread. I have a busy day and won't be able to monitor the choices until this evening, so make sure you check the threads above you to see if your first choice is still available. Tomorrow I will have time to post an availability update.
Tomorrow, Saturday, each participating member of this swap may make 2 selections; on Sunday, three selections. No selections on Monday, while I refine the list again and we will pick back up Tuesday, when I will set a new number based on what is left. I hope this makes sense. Ask if you have questions. I'm going to email this to the group also, so that people who don't keep up with the threads are aware.
Thanks!

Achillea ptarmica 'Double Diamond' (Pearl Yarrow) 1 lots Bought
Comment: GeoSeed-2018 Also known as "Feverfew", which includes different plants, like Chrysanthemum parthenium, Tanacetum parthenium, etc. The flowers do look like each other, but the leaves make it easier to see which genus is which. So, for medicinal/herbal purposes, be sure which one you might using.

Comment: GeoSeed-purchased 1/2019 Fuzzy Pink Flwrs, Gray-Silvery Lvs 3-6" groundcover My late DH and I used to walk a trail going to a local reservoir, and this plant grew among a mossy verge above the damned-up creek, along with Blue-Eyed Grass etc. For a while, our neighborhood was calm enough to grow this on our hill, but interference prevents me from gardening like that now. So I hope someone else can grow these in a more garden-friendly area.

Comment: Chiltern-2021 Winters around the Mason-Dixon line are iffy for this flower, but if you can create a winter spot sheltered from wind and catching winter sun, and maybe sow seeds in August (however counter-intuitive that may seem), then it might be possible to bring this plant to flower the following spring, in spite of Maryland's z7 beastly winters and roasting summers.

The newly repaired wall (2014) has had its capstones broken up and removed, as well as vertical stones chipped, fractured and drilled. Loved the silvery fragrance of Hidcote.

)
Lobularia maritima 'Magic Circle' (Sweet Alyssum) 3 ~1/16 tsp Bought 136 words
Comment: Eden purchased Fall 2020 Can be direct sown into the ground ~2-6 wks before last frost at same time you sow poppies (blue Nemophila works as well with Eschscholzia californica - love that blue with ivory barely blushed yellow of that poppy). This is also fun to do in a large container with something that blooms later like a brugmansia. - - - - - - - update for summer 2021 - sowed this seed directly onto ground, with crimson pentas rising above, and yellow-blushed cream lantana at the end, against the path. So, for me, sowing sweet alyssum during winter in ventilated milk-jugs, or directly in the ground before frosts leave in spring, or later when everything else is frying with summer heat/humidity - it all went well - with the garden's owner watering around sundown.

I sent Karen a tree mail this morning.

I thanked her for my selection but I also asked her to join back in just for conversation if she feels up to it.

Hopefully, she comes back.

Edited to add that I had forgotten you could see posts and comment without being a member of the swap.🤣

I would like to request the Madame Butterfly Bronze/white antirrhinum, but if that is anyone else's first choice, I am happy to back off. I have lots of seeds, so it would be no issue. I hope Karen does stop by, and if she sees anything she'd like that she might tree mail us. I hate to think of her going without seeds especially since she's had a rough time of it.
