I've tried a few plant identity apps and websites and just can't figure it out.

Any ideas?

Goeppertia is the new name previously they were called Calathea.

Compare to Goeppertia concinna.(syn. Calathea leopardina).

It does look like a variety of Goeppertia coccinea.
