First one could be Chlorophytum suffruticosum. Most definitely a Chlorophytum species, though.

I know the second one, but I can't think of it off the top of my head. I'll get back to you when I think of it if someone else hasn't stepped on by then. Thumbs up

The first one does look like Chlorophytum. The second might be some type of Crossandra.
