First time propagating so I started with an easy plant. I have two cuttings sitting on east-facing window sill & in water for about 2.5 weeks now. I change the water every 2 days. When do I transport them to soil?

These take root so easily that I just start them in soil. Sometimes I just toss them in with another plant & don't even bother with putting them under the soil. As long as it's touching the soil & has enough moisture, it should take root.
