50% chance of rain today. We shall see. 101 yesterday.

Cool and sunny, 73 degrees. They keep adding and pulling rain off the forecast. Right now, no rain expected until next Monday. Looks like I'll be watering today.

Another rainy, stormy day here. It poured rain all morning and for the first half of the afternoon. Thunder and lightning rolled through in the afternoon. The sun is now out, and the humidity is building. It was cool today, with a high of only 60 F or 15 C. Tomorrow us forecast to be warmer.

We're getting the add and take off rain too. Need some after the wind dried everything out. I saw the storms in Ontario this morning and they swung down this way but hit the mountains and couldn't hop over I guess. It was suppose to be mostly cloudy today with chance of showers, turned out mostly sunny with a high of 75.
By the sounds we'll seeing real summer temps by the weekend...DH is already on notice that the ac is coming out of storage.

Our 50% chance was lowered for most of the day to 15%. A storm is now south of me and sort of headed in my direction. Have seen that happen before and it meant nothing. Looks like a lot of storms headed toward you, Charley!

Another very nice day here. Returning to more typical summer conditions later this week.

55 and pouring rain, more boomers coming through... gardens are thoroughly soaked and rain gauge is at 1.5 inches (so far). Will have to see what it totals out to in the morning.

On the other hand, with all the seeds I put in this week the rain should get them off to a good start ... if it doesn't wash them out.

Well the storm was a bust. Lots of black clouds around me but sun is out. Lots of wind.

Fun Garden Islands, Ginny!

We got a surprise shower of just under 1/2 " last night 87/65 and mostly sunny today. Unfortunately back to work and off tomorrow. The gardens are really opening up

Cool and cloudy, it's supposed to clear soon with a high of 69. We are getting on a warming trend starting tomorrow, with full summer temperatures by the weekend. Still no sign of rain in the forecast. I watered everything yesterday. Looks like it's going to have to be a daily job for a while. But first, I'm headed to Ethan Allen! I'm getting new cushions for my old couch made. I love the couch and it'll be just like new with new cushions.
Watering and mulching will happen later.

Still no rain and humidity was 52% while I was out doing the early morning watering. Also was attacked by a zillion ants that were by my pots unseen to me. They got my ankles and lower legs. Nasty painful bites that now are itching like crazy. Maybe should have just stayed in bed this morning.
