That looks a lot like the unidentified plant that I posted the other week.. I think someone thought it was a primrose.

I'm not sure if this is an evening primrose. The leaf color is off, and if it was it should be out of its rosette form by now . Curly dock does occur a lot here and there is a patch where it took the photo.
