I think that there may be two flowers here. I am interested in the pink one, but if the deeper purple one can be identified that would be brilliant also.

I believe Tamarisk / Tamarix sp, but unsure of the species or cutivar?. Tamarix africana seems to have dense catcin-like flowers like the mistery plant.
I think the purple are aging flowers and the fresh one are the pink, perhaps there is only single plant there
