I have a money tree that recently had leaves that were yellowing and falling off. It has also developed leaves with spots and doesn't seem to be growing as well as it used to. I've had this plant for maybe 5 years?! And this is the first time it's acted like this. We have moved a few times so it's been in its new home for about 6 months now. I've tried some things I've read online, but can't tell that anything is making a difference…help! The bottom on the leaves are sapping. Today I was inspecting the plant closer and also noticed teeny-tiny brown dots on the underside of the leaves also.

Hi & welcome! What a great window!
Compare the brown dots to "scale insect."
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now. (-Unknown)
