Dear Gardening Friend and The Community,
I just would like to promote this very good smelling pine trees from the mountain province in the Philippines, particularly in Baguio City .
We have those pine trees a long time ago, i dont know if its originally from Baguio but its been there for a long time.
Commonly known as BENGUET PINE ( pinus kesiya ) ( pinus insularis ) are best for subdivisions , greenbelt , hiking trail, man made forest.
The lowest temperature in Baguio would be 10'C, i have no idea up to what hardiness this pine tree could withstand .
The CENRO , DENR offices IN BAGUIO CITY are the ones in charge of the propagation of these species.
Thank you and happy planting to allπ²βββββββπ²πΊ105
