Panicking because I just noticed the dusty white/grey tiny specks clustered (only on two leaves, not the rest) and I'm seeing this friend shortly (birthday) where I will give them the plant. If this is parasites, what do I do? I'd feel bad giving an unhealthy plant as a gift but don't exactly have the time to go buy a new plant.
