I bought this at the grocery store today for $4.99. I'm pretty sure it's not a Semp or Jovibarba, but it's got to be a relative so I'm hoping someone here can tell me what it is. The label says to give it filtered sun with temps 55-85 degrees.
Could it be an Aeonium?

That sure is a beauty Deb. Definitely not a semp or jovi.
Could it be a tuberous begonia?
Sorry, that just popped out of my thoughts, it's my DH's favorite guess when he doesn't know a plant.
I would guess some type of echeveria. There are so many of them, and I am not real familiar with the different ones. Sure like yours.

Gee, I as voting for it to be a new form of begonia.

Echeveria 'Perle von Nurnberg'? Compare to the one in Plant Database to see if very similar...
