It's on many of my plants: Calathea, Fatsia Japonica (Paperplant) and Plectranthus verticillatus (Swedish ivy) and I can't get rid of it.

Thanks a lot, @tofitropic, that seems exactly to be what my plants have. I have been recommended to use a solution of potasic soap and alcohol with water. I hope it works!
