Hot, hot, hot. 🥵. already 81 at 9 in the morning, going up to 97 again. But there is a 50% chance of a few storms tonight, really hoping one of those will hit here. Either way, the heat bubble breaks tonight with temps only reaching 84 tomorrow. I have to teach at 9:30 but after that I have to brave the heat to finish watering. Thumbs down

Thank You! for that red, Dave. Lovey dubby
Still headed for 110 possibly today. Sky is kind of white around town like dust or some kind of bad air. Very small chance of rain. Will just add humidity probably to this terrible heat. Sighing!

Rita I just went outside to do a few more things and it is horrible out there! It is 101 already at 10:30 and now we have a 20% humidity which is unusual and even that low I can really feel it. Wind is blowing as well. Not gonna be a good day. 😓

Miserable here as well, Ginny. Now 105, windy, and humidity added. Just terrible.

97 outside but the Realfeel is 108 with 52% humidity. I was in the middle of watering, looking forward to watering in the shade when my lawn service showed up. By the time they finished, everything left was in the sun. Sigh. But I gamely finished watering anyway and now I'm beat. Need a shower but even that feels like a lot of work right now.

66 degrees and another third of an inch of rain!

Slow and steady wins the race, take a bit of moisture with calm and grace.

No likelihood of rain here before next Wednesday and the chance isn't very high then either. Another chance on Thursday, however beginning with the following Saturday there are six days in a row with possibility of rain in the forecast. Will be happy to take whatever there is!

We are supposed to go to 92 tomorrow. I don't know what the humidity is but it is sticky. Real feel is gotta be much higher.

I was busy watering again today as all my containers need to be watered each day in this heat. Then I did some fertilizing with the liquid stuff. Then I sat out on the back patio in the shade.

I have to water my pots every day some times twice Rita. The initial watering takes at least 40-45 minutes so often I am out by 5:30 in the morning to do that. Very nice at that hour.
