I've had this guy about a month now and noticed a couple leaves are turning just a bit yellowy... am a little concerned. It's planted in aroid soil so very well draining and airy. I notice guttation right now so am resisting the urge to water. I imagine it may still be adjusting to its new home.. it's about 4 feet from a southern window right now. The new leaf looks dark green and quite happy. Also second question- fertilizing in the Fall... once a month like in summer or? I honestly just fertilize when I remember which is once every one or two months but I attempt once a month.

Looks good to me. I have a policy for fertilization, but remember, I live in Florida and grow in a greenhouse, not in a house. I apply Osmocote Plus once in March. Then I try to supplement weekly with a water soluble. I do the water soluble all the way til November 1. Then I stop that and apply Osmocote Plus again to get the plants through the winter

It looks good to me too but I'm curious, does the pot have drainage holes in the bottom? If not, you may have issues arising in the near future because good drainage is extremely important.

Definitely has drainage! I sit it in the sink and drain through when I water for all my plants. I notice a few leaves are showing slight edema damage so I am going to back off on watering.

Can you tell me more about Osmocote? I've never heard of that!

It's available at any box store. It's a time release coated pellet fertilizer
