I have become wholly enamored of the Country Life Vlog on YouTube. The cinematography is extremely rich and mesmerizing. The videos are a mix of planting, harvest, preservation, cooking, animals, and more. They're on a homestead (which is stunning in it's own right) in the Shahdag Mountains in Azerbaijan. Anyway, here's a link to the videos. Just today I finished the chamomile one, preserving prunes, greenhouse, mini apple pies, and a few others...and they're really terrific on a large computer screen. The videos are habit forming but what's not to like?

Always looking for interesting plants for pollinators and food! Bonus points for highly, and pleasantly scented plants.

In 1959-61 we lived in Iran. Dad (USAF) was stationed in Teheran (teaching fledgling Iranian Air Force officers how to fly F-82's, F84's and F86's the Shah bought from the U.S.) His regular flights had him flying into Azerbaijan often and he always said it was beautiful, green countryside, not at all like the desert surroundings we saw around Teheran. I subscribed to the channel and will watch some of these for the scenery and the content. Thanks of sharing with us!

Definitely worth the time. Great way to decompress, and I'd love to get my hands on some of the food that gets prepared! The comic relief of the animals is also a plus.

Ajerbaijan is transcontinental, part of both Europe and Asia.

Very unlikely. The large majority of the population is Azerbaijani (or Azeri). That's a Turkic ethnic group that speaks a Turkic language also named Azerbaijani. They don't even border a majority Arab state.
