Lovely blooms, Dave & Zoia!

Currently 20 degrees. High today was 27, low tonight will be around 18 (give or take a degree or two). Snowed last night and everything was white and fully covered again this morning. Still seeing a few flurries. Should be clear for the next few days and gradually warm up to seasonal temperatures (40s and 50s). I don't think the ground is frozen yet so hopefully there will be a few days to work in the gardens. They are no more ready for Winter than I am! Hilarious! Hilarious!

Love the image of the last bloom Dave. It has a wonderful stained glass look to it. Warm sunny yellows are most welcome Zoia!

Thumbs up for the 83 Linda. We won't be seeing that for a while.

A little warmer out today, but still mostly cloudy with a few breaks of sunshine this morning. We're watching the next round of snow too, Zoia. I don't think it's suppose to be much for us maybe a few inches. Friday is suppose to be brutal though as much colder air will come in along with wind. Temps today were 23 & 33.

42/25, sunny. Snow and very high winds in tonight's forecast, continuing tomorrow morning. Sort of a reprieve from the cold today then it roars back tomorrow. Thumbs down

Aww, Linda, too cold! Rolling on the floor laughing

39/35, snow should start at 7 and last until 3 pm tomorrow. As it's so warm, I don't know about accumulation.

Alex and Leila enjoy Alex's plants. Of course Alex is indoctrinating her in a love of Nature early…

Seeing farm machinery decorated for the holiday is a real treat. Thanks for sharing Dave!
Sweet picture of Alex and Leila.

The only thing close to 80 I have is standing next to the woodstove. Take a few steps back and it's 68-69. A break today with mostly sunny skies. Clouds came in mid afternoon but not before Sky and I went out for some play time. Waiting on the snow coming in for tonight and tomorrow. Could see up to 6". Then the real cold kicks in for Friday with windchills in the single digits. Thumbs down Temps today were 14 & 33.

High temperature at daybreak, low 40s, 11 tonight. Wind has been howling all night - 45mph straight line winds. Brought another tree down across the lane, which Floyd cut up until he and the neighbor could roll it off to the side. Porch furniture had a conference in one corner of the porch, mostly upside down. I have now put it all together on one end, bungied everything I could and tied down the bases to the porch floor (decking). Need to buy some extra long zip ties, used to have some to tie down the furniture but they seem to be gone. To Lowe's this afternoon.

Lovely white flower, Dave, fits your cold foggy weather.

Think we were about 75 here yesterday.

41/25, we had rain mixed with snow this morning but no accumulation. The weather should be pretty clear for the next few days.

My other daughter sent me this piece of art she made last night ( on her computer). It's not a flower but definitely suggests one.

Brr Dave, looks like everyone, except Linda, is getting in on some cold temps.

Thumbs up Sure Emma! S'mores, no table needed.

I like the painting Zoia, it could have many interpretations depending on who the viewer is.

We're setting up for a very windy day tomorrow Donna. I'm hoping the trees stay standing and the power stays on. Today was a 50/50 sun and clouds with snow overnight and this morning then it cleared off for a bit this afternoon. Another 3 - 4" added to the fluff on the ground. Snowing again now although the radar shows nothing anywhere near us. Temps warmed up a little today, 29 & 38, not looking forward to the single digits or below wind chill tomorrow.

Char, Crossing Fingers! for your power. Ours had a couple of hiccups but only lasted a couple of minutes.

The wind has died down a bit tonight. We are in for one more very cold day and night and then temps are supposed to moderate to near normal. Looking forward to it!
