Has anyone heard from Pat, username: BetNC, lately????

It seems her last post was way back on September 2, 2024, so well before Helene came through her area. She was posting at least every two or three days until then.

Just a little concerned for her. Confused

Same here, Ed - I think much of the power is still out there and lots of people unaccounted for. The damage I've seen on the news is unimaginable to me. Sad

I've been living in the background of the forum lately but have wondered where she is. Sad I hope she's ok.

Alice posted in another thread that Pat had broken her shoulder a few weeks back, which probably explains her absence from the forum *before* the flooding hit Henderson County. Still would love to get an "I'm okay" post from her. We're praying for everyone affected...for the victims and for the aid providers responding to those in need.

She also said service is still very, very spotty out there so there is no way to get ahold of her (Bet) right now. Roads collasping or in danger of it so they have a hard time to get to the stores which also have more empty than full shelves. They're making due best they can. It will probably get worse before it gets better.

She has just put in an appearance on the Tomato thread, just so all know.
