Thanks for volunteering, Hiyamakki! The request was from the curator at a garden in Elkridge MD. It sounds like they have around 70 peonies and just don't know how to take care of them well. This fell to the APS president, Lois Girton, who replied to him to get more details, so far he hasn't written back. If Elkridge is close to you and he does write back and needs help I'll send you a treemail if that's okay. APS has started a program of Reference Gardens that will be listed on the APS website with what the garden contains, sounds like Lois thinks this one might qualify but would have to be visited to be sure.
