This is one of my favorite daylilies. The color is a pinky mauve lavender that I find most appealing. In my hot climate it's hard to find daylilies that can tolerate temperatures near one hundred, but Sweetest Name I Know amazingly holds its color and form during the heat of the day. I hope to always have it in my collection.

A young (2 years) plant here, it is short, not fully established. The color is unique; the form, different, with the heavy overlapping of segments. I probably shouldn't be reviewing it yet, because its spot last year was blasted by the heat and drought, so it hasn't had a chance to prove itself.

It is one of the best in my opinion, It is tall and well budded and has a beauty. I feel it is not as well known as it should be.
