Thank you for taking the time to consider what variety this jade plant may be. What strikes me as odd about this variegation is how one whole branch is growing in lime green and that the two-tone effect is rather sporadic on the rest of the plant.

Agree that the variegation looks unstable and I think it's fun. When it gets a little bigger, you could try propagating the different colored stalks and see how they grow.

There are two in our database it might be. I can't tell which.
