I don't remember the name of this vine now (2/15) blooming on my railing. The blossoms are a bit over one inch long. Please identify!

Thanks! You are all exactly right! I should have recognized this plant because I already had another cultivar of the same species: 'Snowbells' (enclosed, not yet blooming) in another area of my garden. This is an Australian species in one of the garden's Mediterranean climate beds.
