There are three common types of parsley and many varieties within those. Yours looks like the type most likely to appear in a mix: generic curly parsley, sometimes known as French. It's clearly not Italian, or flat-leaf. I've never grown the third, Hamburg, which is grown for its roots and has leaves similar to yours...in my world it's not as frequently grown and without seeing the root I wouldn't know how to ID it.

...I just looked up the Herb Rocket Seed Kit. The picture on the seed packet shown online is Italian flat-leaf, but your photo is not that.
