Hi all, I saw this super tall hedge in a YouTube video online, growing much taller than the fence, wondering if anyone recognises what kind of plant it is?

If I knew where it was it would help, but my first thought is Indian Laurel Fig, Ficus microcarpa nitida. It would grow great where you are. It's very popular in Beverly Hills and Brentwood to protect the privacy of celebrities. Up to 25-30' high and sheared into a wall.
