Hey, I bought a bag with random plants in it and in order to take proper care of them I need some help of you guys to identify them. I would also like to know which ones of them I can plant outside.

Thanks in advance!

You have a great assortment of plants here. Different plants require different care. I think it would be easier if you posted pictures of one type of plant and had us discuss it for you and then move onto the next one.

Let me start with the first two pictures you have This is a Spathiphyllum, commonly called a peace lily. It needs bright light but no direct sunlight. All of your plants will enjoy a bright window. Keep the soil slightly moist, but not overly wet and soggy. As soon the flower starts turning brown, or the leaves start turning yellow clip them off.

There are plenty of videos on YouTube so once you know the names of the individual plants you can go there and learn in depth how to care for them.

I don't mean to discourage you from asking questions because we love to answer them. If you are unsure about anything, please ask again. I'm sure someone will join in with identification for the various other plants that you have.

Each of those plants has multiple varietal, and mostly are hybrids. The exact variety of those especially Calla lilies, Primulas and Chrysanthemums are difficult to be certain off, since there are literally hundreds of them, and each year there are new cultivars coming out to the market

Calla lilies (Zantedeschia hybrida)

Monstera deliciosa

Schefflera arboricola / Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum arboricola)

Primula / Primroses (Primula hybrida)

Hybrid mum / (Chrysanthemum hybrida)

The first oneis a Calla lily, not a Peace lily. Totally different plant, different care. Not knowing the climate you have in your area, no one knows what you can plant outside and what you can;t

The Calla, Chrysanthemum, and Primrose should be fine outside in Amsterdam. The Monstera and Schefflera are houseplants for you.

[quote="Gina1960"] The first oneis a Calla lily, not a Peace lily.

Thank you for the correction. I looked at it too quickly
