I like the tree. It is very beautiful late spring and summer. The issue is its seeds. It shed huge amount of seeds on my lawn and drive way.

Previous owners had cut the tree. Apparently, it was a very old oak tree with dried brocken branches.

such a special tree though, hope you can forgive the seeds. (I think you can, if I can live with 2 pain in the neck sycamores on a half acre lot-)
