Yes, it's called Google Lens. There are several ways to access it if it's not already on your phone, through Google Photos or the app from the play store. Do a search for "Google Lens" and the name of your phone and you'll get info.
HOWEVER — I encourage you to never rely 100% on an ID app if you're unfamiliar with the plant and especially if it's a picture of leaves only, but it's often a good starting point. We humans are always happy to help you out!
