I plant mine here in central Ohio in early November, so they have a cold period over winter. I think many people refrigerate them for 2-3 weeks before planting if planting at other times of the year. |

Hazel Eyes, do you refrigerate your seeds first? Do you water and see them growing and then overwinter in the ground as small seedlings? |

The seeds I bought last year where refrigerated when I bought them. The ones I grew last summer grew and over wintered. The mulched ones did better then the ones sitting on the table out back.
