I don't think so Lin, it's smaller than the clouded or cloudless sulfurs. And I have no idea how to OD it w/o getting a good still photo of it with it's wings open.
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others.

Ann, I zoomed in on it and perhaps it is Little Yellow, Eurema Lisa, if you look at the edge of the wing, costa? you can see a border of white and a darker color. Shrug!

You have a superb eye Margaret! I do believe it could very well be Little Yellow. The darn things keep eluding me. Even w/o camera; I can't get close enough to them to see them well. Always off in the distance taunting me. They seem quite shy. Guess I'll have to use some honeyed words on them. Hilarious!

Thank you Ann, I must admit that I do indeed have a good eye. *Blush* I know exactly what you are talking about, I see the sulfurs just about every day and I have yet to get a photo, they flit here and there and then they are gone, drives me nuts!!!! Grumbling

I agree Great eye Margaret!! That Little Yellow is so pretty! I think it looks like one I've seen here that I thought was a sulphur but I never saw the dorsal wings so can't be sure. I was googling and found this Florida Butterfly database site and I'm bookmarking it for future reference!

Wow this place is hoppin! Beautiful shots from everyone I tip my hat to you.
It happens in a flash, but the memory of it last forever. It can not be borrowed or stolen, and it is of no earthly good until it is given away. So if in your hurry you meet someone who is too weary to smile, leave him one of yours, for no one needs a smile quite as much as he who has none to give...
