Mebbe. I am thinking she will have to be rock-bottom desperate to even consider asking. The only way she gets to use that last one is if she is ready and demonstrates that the boy is her number one priority. As far as medical treatment goes, Texas law states that close relatives can get treatment for minors--routine, as well as emergency--if the custodial parent is not available. So we are covered if we have to be.
I hope (I'm sure you are knowing you) you're keeping a log of her activities with dates so if you need to at some point; you can get him legally. Like how long she leaves & doesn't bother to visit, how long she doesn't stay when she comes etc.....

Yep. New development. Just had boy-child outside and Blondy with friend drive up. She wants to take him to Cici's Pizza and keep him for the night. What could I say? It's your kid and I can't stop you. You just have to stay sober. Says she will bring him back between 12 and 2 tomorrow.
