Bulbs are a favorite of many gardeners because they are easy and showy. Who can resist the first snowdrops or crocuses? Honey bees like to visit the blossoms for nectar and pollen, so I'm busy adding more bulbs to my garden just for them and for me. .

In the past I have not associated bulbs etc. with bees.
Now, after reading your article, I will think about the bees as I plant the bulbs in a week or two.
And look for the bees next spring.

I have to move a 50ftx3.5 ft. roe of bulbs from the garden and I was wondering where to put them. I think i'll look at the possibilities of moving them closer to the hives! Never would have thought of that! Thanks!
