A soothsayer is Brian! Gorgeous Sumo Double! And a photo for everyone--- The first bloom from 50 "New Yellow" seeds that I bought from Mr. Ko last summer. I was hopping around all day thinking I had a yellow. Then another plant bloomed, very pale yellow with no pink, hooray! Now if Anucha's seeds are double, I'll be unbearable. Oh, Mr. Ko is an Ebay seed seller, and Anucha is a monk who lives in Thailand, he's on facebook. And best of luck for Dave's new site. Aha! To see the enlargement of the photo, you need to scroll down. . ![]() |

A fellow volunteer at the Botanical Gardens nursery brought a plant that'd lost its' leaves. I said, "Oboy!!" and dumped it out of the pot. What a caudex! I wish I could have had photos of everyone's faces, they were awestruck, haha. . ![]() . ![]() . I repotted like so, and to repot again in six months to raise the caudex a little more The plant was in the pot for seven years.---- . ![]() |

wow!! Nice plants....Hello JT.... |

I'd like to see a video of that one, JT, it looks like it's wriggling or dancing or something! Oh, the plant repotted wasn't given to me, booo. But I guess I wouldn't have room for it on my over crowded deck! It does have a wonderful caudex. I wonder where the potting mix goes when the caudex fills the pot??? . ![]() |
