They are painfully slow at this stage...it drives me nuts!

They look really good tho!

Do you see any diversity amongst them yet?

Awwww .. I love baby pictures!
"The Universe speaks in many languages, but only one voice. It speaks in the language of hope; It speaks in the language of trust; It speaks in the language of strength, and the language of compassion. It is the language of the heart and the language of the soul. But always, it is the same voice. It is the voice of our ancestors, speaking through us, And the voice of our inheritors, waiting to be born. It is the small, still voice that says: We are one. No matter the blood; No matter the skin; No matter the world; No matter the star; We are one. No matter the pain; No matter the darkness; No matter the loss; No matter the fear; We are one. Here, gathered together in common cause. we agree to recognize this singular truth, and this singular rule: That we must be kind to one another, because each voice enriches us and ennobles us, and each voice lost diminishes us. We are the voice of the Universe, the soul of creation, the fire that will light the way to a better future. We are one."

Yikes, Drew! When you think about the size each of those lovely little plants will be . . . Holy Cow, you need to put in a bid on some more land, kiddo.

Keep us posted!

I've come to feel rather deprived...lugging around ancient species...knowing so much more is locked in those genes!

I've got good portora blooms still but everything else was in ground this year so it's all flopped and not even got leaves much less a bloom, I guess I need to go back to growing these guys in pots again to cross em. Colocasia more fast enough I can get a few inflo. to take, which is more than I can handle anyways, without a better greenhouse.

There's a alocasia Mac. that I know of that would certainly replace the big green uprights we all know. You can't tell em from the others except for its growth rate, which is astounding!
It's likely to never make it to market because of it's very similar look to odora and the Macs...
