This plant appears to have been misidentified. Neither the flowers nor the leaves match Campanula chamissonis. It appears from the flat, open-faced flowers and leaf shape to be more likely one of the Campanula carpatica hybrids, as a guess.

Is there a "general" Campanula entry that this misidentified photo can be moved to? I looked but didn't find one.

Good catch, Lori! I took the photo at the Philly Flower Show and didn't question the ID on the display tag.

Zuzu has moved it the "Bellflowers" entry (which, despite being the common name for Campanula spp., doesn't seem to link to the word Campanula, as it doesn't come up in a search of "Campanula"... Confused )

If you click on the word "Campanula" at the top of any Campanula entry, you'll find a link to the generic page for the genus. That page is called Bellflowers.
