I think it is not in the seed based petunias?
It was a tobacco mosaic disease? I wonder if smokers brought it to their greenhouse?

I usually get vegetative Calibroacha because I can never get seeds for it.

|I think that virus can attack many plants in the Solanaceae Family of plants. So, yes to calibrachoa. Different varieties of different genus certainly have different resistance.|
I'm going to miss the Red Fox Dummen selection of petunias in my garden. I usually have many different varieties and many wholesale growers use them in hanging baskets & combo planters.

|Well...I may seed an extra pack or two. I have some of the species petunias, but generally consider them to be so inexpensive and easy to get that I don't grow many of the regular kinds.|
