Lightly toasted multi-grain bread
Very light schmeer of Best Foods Mayo
Good layer of thinly sliced perfect avocado, smashed into the toast
Light fresh ground salt and pepper
Avocado on top.

|Oh that sounds yummy, Aguane! It also makes me think of a recipe I have somewhere for a tomato and mozzarella salad with an avocado dressing--sort of like a caprese with a twist. Gotta go dig that one out in hopes I can use it this summer.
A really really good tomato? Fresh from the garden? Whole, out of hand, with just a bit of salt.

|Wow. That does look good. Sounds like something we get at Oregano's as an appetizer.
Our favorite way to eat fresh tomatoes is with balsamic vinegar, a small piece of mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with a little basil.
