There are many of us that ignore the fact that we live in the desert and not on a deserted isle. However, slowly but surely, we are converting a naturally harsh landscape into something far more lush. This is the forum to share our successes and challenges with growing tropicals in the desert.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting ‘...Holy Crap ...What a ride!'
