Used some of the last charge on the camera battery in the rain to take these photographs. Is that dedication or what. Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

I like it Lorn. I believe it is a Mak-Leek lily. There is another that is more outfacing called Sun Valley, I'm not sure I still have it. Will post if it shows up!

Pearl Melanie is new for me this year. The first photo with Triteleia Queen Fabiola in the background (blue flowers):

A slightly higher angle shows some of my Japanese irises in the background:

Pearl Melanie looks to have nice form. I've been disappointed with the rest of the Pearl series, but Melanie looks nice. And Summer valley is a lovely flower. Nice Thumbs up

It does have a nice form/inflorescence and I agree on the rest of the Pearl series. Pearl Melanie is different from the others in that it was not hybridized by Griesbach.

I don't remember the hybridizer (if I ever knew) but likely one of the Dutch companies. You might check the 4th Supplement to the Lily Register or maybe I can volunteer Lorn to look it up. It isn't in the previous supplements.

Well I can't open it either. Lorn can. We probably need to download the latest version. I haven't tried doing that yet.
