Very nice Dave! Royal sunset is usually the first blooming lily for me too. I also got tiger babies from B&D last fall and am eagerly awaiting it's bloom.

Yes, I must say , Royal Sunset, is a very popular seller here. I like it a lot. One of the 1st bulbs I ever purchased I tip my hat to you.

Voles like it, too! They dug into my Royal Sunset last winter. I have mine partitioned off with patio blocks, but they dug in from the top under deep snow. Now down to only two stems from a group of about fifteen or twenty. Guess I'll have to screen it over next year. They multiply fast, though.

This one popped today. Don't remember the name but it is from B&D Lilies as well. Everything looks like it is ready to explode into bloom here.
