Jan, yes...and we've been up in your neck of the woods a few times at the Kate Wolf Fest. www.hensinthehouse.com http://www.reverbnation.com/sh... The surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that it has never tried to contact us. |

Sherry, I just watched one of your videos and you and the band sounded great! Our local public radio station would undoubtedly be deeelighted to play your music. The station has a website at kzyx.org Several programmers play country and bluegrass. There's a big music audience up here. Thanks! ...and here we all have irises in common! Life is a Gift ! |

I usually get turmeric at the health food store from the glass jars, where one scoops and weighs out what one wants. I prefer organic. Clove and cinnamon powder is usually good from the dollar store. Most everything else is more reasonable from the bulk jars than if one gets small bottles of this and that spice or herb at the supermarket. Don't make fear based decisions. |

I prefer organic too, Linnea - in everything possible ! Life is a Gift ! |

Just received my order from Superstition. Super large rhizomes, nicely packaged, several bonus irises as well. I had changed the order with not a problem with it. Great to deal with. |

All were historics that I just received from Superstition: Amoena-DeCandolle, Kashmir White-Foster, Bridesmaid-Salter, Princess Beatrice-Barr, Rhea-EB Williamson, Neglecta-Hornemann's only intro I think, Mercedes-Verdier, Mme. Louesse-Verdier, Perfection-Barr. Several were confirmatory varieties to compare to what I have but am unsure of. Orders are still expected from Winterberry, Bluebird Haven, Newport Natural and the HIPS sale plus 4 from Presby Memorial Iris Garden-only 29 more! And two more varieties of daylilies still to come with 7 having already arrived. |

I have Bedford Lilac ordered, Tom. Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing? |

Ordered: Anything Goes, Apollo's Touch, Brazilian Holiday, Brook Flower, Kevin's Theme (enormous!!), Lady Friend (sent 2), Avalon Sunset, War Chief (sent 2), Dazzling, True Grit, Dynamite and Banana Frappe (sent 2). Bonuses: a second Dazzling, Melted Butter, Nora Eileen, 3 Endura, 2 Visiting Roaylty, Midnight Hour, and the very aptly named Fringe Benefits. ![]() ![]() "The chimera is a one time happenstance event where the plant has a senior moment and forgets what it is doing." - Paul Black |

Breezeway Iris order arrived today. Got one bonus which, for such a small order, was a pleasant surprise. In Style - TB Lake Taneycomo - TB Loon Lake - SDB Off To The Races - TB What Again - SDB Scream - bonus SDB It’s okay to not know all the answers. |

Love the name of the bonus they chose! Hope it doesn't make one literally scream. ![]() Oh, it's a cute yellow guy. Definitely won't cause screaming. Nice! "The chimera is a one time happenstance event where the plant has a senior moment and forgets what it is doing." - Paul Black |

I was happy. Have a full, lovely, beautimous treasury of TBs, looking now to add shorter ones and Scream will fit right in. It’s okay to not know all the answers. |

I have scream ordered Debra. As early as they bloom that golden yellow with bright beard will scream 'look at me!' all over the garden. Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing? |
