Does anyone know its name. For size look at the top right of the picture, that is a Neoregelia 'Fireball'.

There's a variegated Guzmania lingulata but the flowers look deeper red, it could be a hybrid of it.

I had never pegged it for a Guzmania. But I think G. ligulata variegated is correct. Thank You!

It's funny you say that you never guessed Guzmania, when I started searching for "cream green edged bromeliad" the word Guzmania popped into my head from nowhere! Then I came across a Guzmania on an Australian site which was similar, presto.
