My Mom took this 630 AM shot of her Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus undatus). She received it from a caretaker/groundskeeper at Punchbowl many years ago. He had said "you'll be sorry!" It's been a challenge to contain. The flowers are enormous. It's going into the green waste. Sad I didn't take the photo so I can't add it to the database but I can share it with you here. The location is on Oahu.

Rather than putting it in the trash why not offer it to someone else?

It's readily available in Hawaii, for free, but not recommended because it along with many other plant grows rampant there. Does seem such a shame. It's been there many years and the roots have become a problem. They have lived there thirty years and have planted many cute little things that grew out of hand very quickly for there tiny yard. Thats paradise for you. How is you tri-part plumeria pod. I lived in Tampa for four years. Used to go shelling over your way at Sanibel.
