Autumn Clematis provides good camouflage for baby anoles.

I can almost smell them way down here in Florida! Glad you pointed out the anole or I might have overlooked him. Indeed it is a good camouflage for him!

I took photos of the Clematis. The lizard showed up during editing. I was very surprised to see him there.

What a great catch! I love Autumn Clematis, but have no place that I can put it. Never heard of an anole before so it took a few seconds after reading your caption to find it. I was looking for a baby bird

That is a wonderful banner! I didn't notice the little guy either till I read the caption.
And I want that clematis. Sigh, I bought one once, but it didn't survive my not-so-benign neglect.

@woofie, I will save some seeds for you.

While editing the photo I also saw there was one fly hiding just out of the lizard's sight. Look in the lower right corner of this picture to see the fly.
