Love it!
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

Indeed it is lovely. How do you get it to fade out the background?

I am a real amateur at Photo taking, so forgive me if that is too simplistic a question. *Blush*

Beautiful! I love the bloom on the left that is just beginning to open. I'm a big fan of the blurred depth of field too Thumbs up

Sue, you have me wondering about what kind of camera you have. When I take a macro shot, then try to make it 1500 x 150, it gets too blurry. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I was wondering if it is the type of camera I have, but more probably is the person behind the camera!!

I have a Canon XTi. I have the size quality set to 3888x2592, the largest setting before raw so if the focus is nice and crisp on the subject, it should crop down nicely. If you have it set too small to begin with, you won't get crisp shots to work with.

Thanks, Sue. I've been looking at cameras lately, but haven't decided. I really like the Canon T3i, but it is hard to part with $700, because I want both the 18-55 mm and 55-300 lens kits.

I've been taking pictures with my Canon S5 IS at the largest size quality, which is similar to yours. So I guess maybe my pictures are just a little out of focus, because when I crop them down, they get fuzzy. I guess it's always possible that there is something on the lens, but the camera is pooping out. It has been shutting down and saying "lens error" lately.

@Calif_Sue So simple but very elegant.
