|Am a bit surprised that Salvia nemorosa Marcus™ (='Haeumanarc') does not appear to be so popular.
It's a dwarf form ( mutation) of S. nemorosa 'Ostfriesland'; latter, ours still doing well.
Marcus™ has been widely available in garden centres here in recent years.
It has that lovely violet-blue colour and seems long blooming and long lived.
