I have this wisteria planted at the base of an oak. It has been there 10 years and never bloomed. Do you think the problem is the oak tree, too much fertilizer, or the gardener?

Sandi, mine is on a fence in full sun at least 9-10 hours a day. No fertilizer.

I think I'll move it. I do fertilize that bed. It 's beautiful growing up the tree, but not one bloom. Thanks mj.
